1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the rights and obligations related to the use of the website detskytenis.sk (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and the registration of children for tennis training.
1.2. The operator of the Website is Tenisový klub ŠTK Šamorín (TK STK Samorín), with its registered office at Pomlejská cesta 450/29, 931 01 Šamorín, Slovak Republic, Company ID (IČO): 18046177, Tax ID (DIČ): 2021169216 (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

1.4. By using the Website or submitting the registration form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website and do not submit the registration form.
2. Use of the Website
2.1. The Website serves to inform the public about tennis training for children from age 5 and to facilitate registration for these training sessions.
2.2. The Operator strives to keep the information on the Website up to date and accurate; however, the Operator does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the published information. The information is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding legal document unless expressly stated otherwise.
2.3. The Operator reserves the right to modify the content of the Website, temporarily or permanently restrict its availability at any time without prior notice.
2.4. Users are required to use the Website in accordance with the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic and good morals.
3. Registration for Training
3.1. Registration of a child for tennis training is carried out through the online registration form available on the Website. The form is processed by the Web3Forms service.
3.2. The registration form is to be completed by the child's legal guardian (parent or person entrusted with the care of the child). By submitting the form, the legal guardian confirms that:
- the information provided in the form is true and complete,
- they are authorised to act on behalf of the registered child,
- they have read and agree to these Terms.
3.3. Submission of the registration form constitutes a non-binding expression of interest in training. The Operator will confirm receipt of the registration by email or phone. A binding registration is established only upon confirmation by the Operator.
3.4. The Operator reserves the right to reject a registration without stating a reason, particularly when the training group has reached full capacity.
3.5. The Operator processes personal data provided through the registration form in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection. Details on personal data processing are set out in the privacy policy.
4. Parental Responsibility
4.1. The legal guardian bears full responsibility for the child before and after each training session. During training, the coach is responsible for the child's safety within the scope of the training activities.
4.2. The legal guardian is obliged to inform the Operator of the child's health condition, allergies, limitations, or any other circumstances that may affect the child's participation in training.
4.3. The legal guardian shall ensure that the child has appropriate sports clothing and footwear for tennis training.
4.4. The legal guardian is responsible for accompanying the child to the training and collecting the child after the session. The Operator is not responsible for the child outside of training hours.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. The Operator shall not be liable for damages caused by:
- the use of the Website or the inability to use it,
- inaccuracy or incompleteness of information on the Website,
- technical failures, outages, or interruptions of the Website,
- unauthorised access by third parties to user data.
5.2. The Operator shall not be liable for injuries or health damage resulting from the legal guardian's failure to disclose the child's health condition.
5.3. The Operator shall not be liable for the content of third-party websites to which the Website may link.
5.4. The total liability of the Operator to the user for any claims arising from the use of the Website is limited to the amount of the training fee paid, if applicable.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content on the Website, including texts, graphics, photographs, logos, icons, and design, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights of the Operator or its licensors.
6.2. Without the prior written consent of the Operator, it is prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use the content of the Website for commercial purposes.
6.3. The name "detskytenis.sk", logos, and other designations of the Operator are protected trademarks. Their use without the Operator's consent is prohibited.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
7.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic.
7.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms or related to the use of the Website shall first be resolved amicably between the parties.
7.3. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent court of the Slovak Republic in accordance with applicable legislation.
7.4. Consumers have the right to contact an alternative dispute resolution body in accordance with Act No. 391/2015 Coll. on Alternative Resolution of Consumer Disputes. A list of alternative dispute resolution bodies is available on the website of the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic: https://www.mhsr.sk.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. The Operator reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms at any time. The current version of the Terms is always available on the Website. By continuing to use the Website after the publication of changes, you agree to the updated Terms.
8.2. If any provision of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
8.3. These Terms become effective on the date of their publication on the Website.
